Service Description
Price includes 2 small group personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks, 24 sessions total. In addition to an individualized training program, participants also receive a customized running schedule, running technique analysis, as well as lifestyle and nutritional support.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You must sign up for each session no later than 12 hours before the session start time or you sign up for all your sessions for the week ahead of time to reserve your spot. Conversely, if you can't make it to your session, cancellations must be made no later than 12 hours before the session start time. If you cancel after the 12-hour window, then you will lose that session. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration. If membership is canceled for any reason you may be subject to paying a higher rate should you return if prices increased during your absense.
